Sadly today it’s not unusual to hear or read a national news report of another stabbing. For many, raising a young person provides constant worry, wanting to keep them safe at all times.
You can help and make a difference
Kent Police has launched a dedicated Kent campaign ‘Don’t let a knife take life’ to tackle knife crime and highlight the risks of carrying a knife. The focus of the campaign is prevention, delivered through an education and support initiative, which has been designed to assist schools and youth groups to independently talk to students about knife crime.
The resource pack includes; a class/group discussion exercise, support literature for both students and parents/carers and posters. To request campaign literature, please complete the form below
By working in partnership we can support young people to make informed decisions and positive choices around knife crime.
