Fourteen charges for suspected Chatham church thief
Fourteen charges have been made against a man accused of burglary, theft and assault in Chatham, Gillingham, Rochester and Sittingbourne.
Danny Arnold, is alleged to have burgled two churches and two shops between 16 May and 2 July 2019.
During the same time period the 34-year-old of Waghorn Street, Chatham is also alleged to have stolen from seven shops, assaulted two shop workers and attempted to steal from another shop.
He was arrested on Tuesday 9 July 2019 in a store in Canterbury and was remanded in custody to appear at Medway Magistrates Court on 11 July 2019.
